The Livinà apartment,is a comfortable 63 sqm and can accommodate up to four or five people, including adults and children. It is made up of a bedroom with a double bed and an extra single bed, a bathroom with separate toilet, a big living room with a pull-out couch for two people, a small kitchen and a balcony (only on the first floor). A cot for small children or babies is also available.
The apartment reflects the atmosphere of the surroundings thanks to the typical mountain décor made up of simple and functional pieces in fichte (silver fir typical of the region) and wooden floors. It is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a TV, free unlimited WiFi, an electric kettle and a fridge. A ski room with boot warmers is available in the basement for those traveling with skis or a bike. The outdoor garden space is outfitted with table and benches to suntan or enjoy the breathtaking view of the Dolomites.

Prices for your holiday in Alta Badia
The prices are indicated per person, per day. During the main tourist season the apartments are rented only from Saturday till Saturday.
In any case, don’t hesitate to request a personal offer that, whenever possible, would take into account your special requirements.
All prices include: VAT, water, heating, electricity, private parking, final cleaning, bed linen with weekly change, towels with midweek change, WI-FI connection, ski/bike room with a ski boot dryer.
To the indicated prices will be added the local tourist tax of EUR 1.40 per person (over 14 years old) per day.
Pets are not accepted.
Reservation is considered binding only after the payment of the requested deposit.
Cancellation policy (according to the General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006):
Check-in: from 12 a.m. till 9 p.m. (after 9 p.m. upon prior agreement).
Check-out: till 9 a.m.
Smoking is not allowed.
In our apartment, visits by customers who do not stay at Apartment Livinà, are not allowed.

- More than 3 months before arrival, no penalty (the deposit will be refunded up to 80%)
- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, cancellation penalty 40% of the total price of your stay
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, cancellation penalty 70% of the total price of your stay
- 1 week before arrival and less, cancellation penalty 90% of the total price of your stay
Check-in: from 12 a.m. till 9 p.m. (after 9 p.m. upon prior agreement).
Check-out: till 9 a.m.

In both winter and summer, Livinà is surrounded by a landscape of incomparable beauty, with its many majestic mountains right at your fingertips. Summertime is perfect for hiking and rock climbing, while winter is perfect for enjoying the snow straight from your doorstep. All you need to do is put on your skis right outside the apartment and you're already on the slopes!
There are many mountain areas you can visit, but Alta Badia is one of the best options. There are multiple reasons for this: roads in excellent conditions, breathtaking views, delicious food and a variety of activities for everyone to enjoy. Our apartment is located right in the center of this one-of-a-kind territory, just a short distance from the town of Colfosco. Here you will find fun attractions like the Adventure Park, a suspended course from tree to tree with platforms as high as 19 meters and different levels of difficulty, or like the Colfosco Animal Park, a peaceful oasis where kids and adults get to interact with horses, billy goats, geese and many other animals.
For those who love the outdoors and active vacations, we recommend the ski runs of the Sella Ronda, which are easy to reach right from your front door with your skis on. For beginners, we are happy to recommend some trusted ski teachers who are always available to teach kids and adults who want to learn this great sport. In the summer, the Sella Ronda, also known as the “giro dei quattro passi” or tour of 4 passes, becomes an irresistible attraction for racing bike lovers, who will enjoy the alternating uphills and downhills while surrounded by some of the most spectacular Dolomite peaks. The mountain bike, fat bike and snowshoe tracks are also beautiful, not to mention the rock climbing walls, creeks for fishing, and playgrounds for kids all around. Basically, a true paradise ready to be discovered!
